About Noelle and Brian Payne
Noelle Payne BSN, has been an ER nurse for over 15 years. In 2016, alongside her husband Dr. Brian Payne, they gained experience and knowledge in Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Brian Payne has over 20 years experience in both Emergency medicine and Anti-aging. They now run 2 offices in Hermosa Beach and Downey, that cater to all aesthetic needs.
