Hollywood Pregnancy Baby Bumps

It seems as though every day another celebrity is announcing and celebrating her pregnancy and showing off her baby bump to the cameras and paparazzi.
Fergie, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson are just a few that have recently delivered or are soon to deliver.
With everyone watching (and criticizing) how much their body changes during pregnancy, these women are under tight scrutiny and under a spotlight as to how long it will take them to get their pre-baby bodies back in record time.
There are natural ways such as breast feeding which help speed up the weight loss process, but most celebs are quick to get on a strict diet and exercise regime as soon as possible.
Walking, Cardio, Yoga, kick boxing, hiking and biking are all excellent methods of fat burning and muscle conditioning.
When diet and exercise are not enough…there are surgical interventions that will help put everything back into place.
There are three places that pregnancy can permanently alter on a woman’s body…the breasts, the abdomen, and the vaginal area.
The breasts change shape and obviously get larger during pregnancy, and breastfeeding in addition can sometimes leave the woman’s breasts deflated…or what’s called “A rock in a sock”.
A mastopexy, or breast lift with usually a small implant is generally performed to place the breasts at their original starting point.
The abdomen is prone to stretch marks during the end stages of pregnancy, and sometimes the abdominal wall, muscles, and skin become so stretched that it is impossible for it to return to its pre-pregnancy state, despite how much diet and exercise one does.
An Abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck can be performed to tighten the muscles and remove any excess skin from the abdomen.
When these 2 procedures are done at the same time, it’s referred to as the Mommy Makeover.
Although there is no specific treatment to permanently remove stretch marks, many celebs are turning the Dermaroller for their stretch marks. The Dermaroller is a rolling device with very fine needles attached to it, that when rolled on the skin, stimulates new collagen formation and skin tightening. It has been around for quite some time in Europe and is starting to become more popular in the U.S.
Lastly, the weight of the baby and the actual delivery can wreak havoc on a womans private parts. The cosmetic enhancements such as labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, vaginal tightening and rejuvenation have recently become very popular…as reported, Beverly Hills Housewife reportedly spent 10,000 on her ex- husbands credit card to have her vaginal rejuvenation.
As always, make sure that you do your research when seeking a surgeon for any of these procedures. Make sure he or she is Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery or…Gynecology for the Vaginal rejuvenation.
